Hi, I'm Dr. Connie. I lived in fear as a Lupus victim when I was first diagnosed. Everything I read and heard was negative and the Doctors didn't provide me with hope, they kept insisting on toxic medications that I swore were making me sicker than the Lupus itself.
During a life threatening flare that affected my kidneys, I found Yoga. Yoga was my saving grace which helped me to not only overcome the flare but allowed me to get stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Soon, I found myself living in confidence and in control over my life and I was able to feel healthiest as I've ever been in my whole life. I realized power was within me.
All I want to do is to share this sacred practice with you to help you to not only restore your health but to find your true potential. I want to help you to eliminate limiting beliefs that hold you down.

Dr. Connie learned that the practice of Yoga was a powerful healing modality. She realized that most Lupus patients are not given hope for healing. We are told Lupus is an "incurable" life threatening disease and are offered endless toxic meds as the ONLY viable option.

Are there any prerequisites for this program?
There are no prerequisites for this course. We advise that you currently practice yoga and have some exposure. We do require that you are proficient in English.
How long does the training take?
We recommend that you finish within 12 months, however, you will not be certified until you are complete with all the requirements of the program.
What system requirements do you require?
You will need the following.

Is this Yoga Alliance Approved?
This course is offered in person as the Yoga Alliance registered 200 hour live training. We now offer it online to provide students all over the world to share the healing experience especially for those looking for quality education but not able to travel.
This online Alkaline Yoga Therapy Teacher Training is not registered with Yoga Alliance because Yoga Alliance specifically requires "contact" hours in person which most our students are not able to do.
This online program far exceeds the standards of a 200 hour Yoga Alliance training. Here’s how:

- Thorough sequencing skills based on body mechanics and healing body principles

Will I be ready to teach after the training?
Your proficiency will depend on your comfort level. You will be more than qualified and prepared to teach Yoga anywhere they offer Yoga including fitness clubs, gyms, dance /pilates/ yoga studios, corporate and community centers.
